In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in stock, the NutsOriginal will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone within 5 days of the date of the order.

NutsOriginal reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it will try to apply the rates in force that were indicated on the website at the time the customer placed the order.

Please be advised that if the price indicated is incorrect and manifestly derisory, regardless of the cause (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even if it has already been confirmed.

As we are not wholesale distributors, we do not have prices for resale. All the items on this website are intended for sale to end consumers only. We reserve the right not to make a sale if we are acting as an intermediary to the end consumer.

Deliveries and returns

Shipping:

NutsOriginal , offers its customers two ways of receiving the products purchased in the Online Shop.

The customer can choose between personal collection by hand at the premises in Vila Nova de Gaia or delivery by courier.
Shipping costs are always borne by the customer. Shipping costs vary depending on weight.

All orders will only be dispatched after confirmation of good payment.

Orders will be delivered between 4 and 5 working days, unless there are exceptions linked to the carrier. 

NOTE: IN ORDER TO AVOID UNNECESSARY SHIPMENTS, ALL CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS BY CUSTOMERS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 00:00 THE SAME DAY BY E-MAIL (info@nutsoriginal.com).

 

Returns:

 

Deadline for return is 15 days after dispatch.

 

Cancellation : 

The right of withdrawal in distance or off-premises contracts, enshrined in article 10 of Decree-Law 24/2014, of February 14, Portuguese law gives consumers a period of 14 days (commonly known as the cooling-off period) after the date of the invoice, during which they can return the item(s) without having to give a reason.

 

The consumer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs other than those set out in Article 12(3) and Article 13 where applicable, and without having to state the reason.

 

In the event of a return, the item will only be accepted if it is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.
We do not accept material sent collect, the postage being borne by the customer.

Article 18
Information duties of suppliers of goods or services

1 ? Without prejudice to the duties to which they are sectorally bound by virtue of the special legislation that applies to them, suppliers of goods or service providers established in national territory must inform consumers of the ADR entities to which they are bound, by membership or by legal imposition arising from necessary arbitration, and indicate their website.
2 ? The information referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be provided in a clear, comprehensible and easily accessible manner on the website of the supplier of goods or services, where one exists, as well as in contracts for the sale or provision of services between the supplier of goods or services and the consumer, where these are in writing or constitute contracts of adhesion, or on another durable medium.
